Upsy Daisy!

It’s been a while since I’ve posted!!! Sorry to anyone who actually checks in regularly! LOL  The kids have been on holidays and I’ve had my two nephews to stay so I’ve had 6 kids for the past week! I even took them all shopping at Chermside yesterday which wasn’t as crazy as it sounds!!   But through all the madness I’ve managed to get 80 swaps done for convention in TWO WEEKS (I’m aiming for 160)!  and our launch organised for Sunday!!  All the papers and ribbons should turn up today for the products samplers so I think tonight will be spent madly cutting up 276 sheets of 12×12 paper, plus ribbon etc!!! LOL  Wish me luck.  So for now here is a card using the awesome stamp set Upsy Daisy!  The flower image is stamped twice to make the shaddow effect – once in Pumkin Pie and once in Apricot Appeal.  I love love love this set as it’s so quick and easy to use!!!  The paper in this card is from the pack Washington Apple along with Riding Hood Red Striped Ribbon, and the little strip of “ric rac” is just cardstock cut with the very versatile scallop border punch!!!  It’s a gorgeous sunny day here in Queensland so the pic was a little hard to take without any shaddow or washing the colours out too much…
