I haven’t used the Carousel Notes much as a card, and I came across a card on the internet I loved using them!  It was a fellow Demonstrators birthday yesterday so I thought it was a good opportunity to make it!  So here’s a Carousel B’day card:

Colours are Baja Breeze, Kraft, Kiwi Kiss & Chocolate Chip.  Stamp Set used – Flower Fancy.
