Stampin’ Up! really do spoil us at our conventions!  Managers reception was held on Wednesday night and included a gorgeous dinner and we were presented with a special pressie…Can you see a sneak peak of a new product?  Inside the gorgeous tin was a not yet released stamp set!  (I’m not allowed to post pics of that just yet).

I thought I’d pop in to share with you the three cards we made at my last Stamp A Stack at the beginning of March.  It was a heap of fun and my next one is scheduled for Friday evening April 19th at 7pm.  Make sure you book in HERE if you’d like to come along!

The first card used the Bright Blossoms stamp set and co ordinating Summer Smooches Designer Series Paper – Such a bright card in Daffodil Delight:

The next card uses the Papillion Potpurri stamp set and Perfectly Penned set for the greeting.  Everyone who attends my Stamp A Stacks get to make 4 copies of each of these cards, so a variety of greeting stamps are always available so they can use the cards for a variety of occasions!

And finally the third card we made that night used the Clockworks stamp set.  It’s a great stamp set to make more “male themed” cards.  The Houndstooth Embossing folder makes a great background:

With all the rain we’ve had in Brisbane over the past weeks I thought it was rather appropriate to finally stamp up a stamp I’ve had sitting int he cupboard for a little while.  It is a gorgeous stamp – one of the few single stamps that Stampin’ Up! sell.  Called Two By Two and it’s just $15.95!

I stamped and coloured this time onto regular Whisper White card as I didn’t realise I was all out of Watercolour paper,  But it worked out fine.

I used patterned paper from the 12×12 Comfort Cafe Designer Series Paper.  And added a cute little Designer Builder Brad to the corner… see the little feet?

Cheers to you is one of my favourite stamp sets.  It’s just so cute and versatile and I do love a good cocktail!

The other day I changed a card I’d made last Christmas into a Birthday card… I actually just realised I never posted the Christmas card, so here it is as well!

It’s been a while since I’ve updated here and I have heaps to share, so I hope to get back over the next few days as well.  A couple of weekends ago we had a Team Meet Up!  It’s a great opportunity for any demonstrators in my team to get together to chat, share and stamp!

Tina demonstrated the chalkboard technique for everyone and then we got to have a turn!

We also made a card using the new Dress Up Framelit Dies!  This wasn’t a product I thought I needed until I had a play and the dresses are so much fun to make.  We made a red and white polka dot dress onto a scallop oval card which was cut using the new Oval Collection dies:
