I have a cute little basket to show you today. I love how Stampin’ Up! products can be used in many different ways! The Window Box Thinlit makes a great box and with the extra dies in the set, can be decorated in so many different ways.
You can also make an open topped basket that you can use for little Easter Eggs and all sorts of gifts throughout the year!
Then once you stick the side flaps together and add a simple handle, you can decorate your little basket and add some treats. Easy!
I love the Little Cuties set – you can mix and match all the stamps to make a variety of fun images!!

Hope you are having an inky Sunday! Don’t forget that Sale A Bration is finishing in just 11 days! Don’t miss out!
After five days of Balloons, I have a different stamp set today! I made a stack of cards for my wonderful customers who’ve ordered recently, using the Cool Treats stamp set as it’s so fun!
I embossed the ice-cream top with Clear Embossing Power, but I wanted a little more “pop” so I mixed a little Dazzling Diamond Glitter into some Clear embossing powder which gave a little sparkle!
It’s easy to do. I just stamped my image in colour, then stamped over the top with Versamark ink, then heat embossed with my Sparkle powder mix (1/2 container of clear powder with a tiny spoon of glitter).
Then you get a shinny raised ice-cream with a little sparkle!
Hope you have all had a great Saturday! Happy Stampin’!
Today is Friday and we’ve made it! A Stampin’ Up! Balloon Adventure everyday! Today’s card is using the same techniques as I showed you on Wednesday. I love how watercolouring over the bold stamped image adds such smoothness and interest.
The colours make such a fun, happy Birthday Card!
And a little close up of the gentle shading.
Don’t forget that time is running out and Sale A Bration will be over in less than 2 weeks! Don’t miss out on your free goodies! More information about Sale A Bration HERE
Tomorrow I’ll be back with a different stamp set! I’m sure you’ve had enough of balloons for a while! 🙂
I hope you’ve been following along my week of Balloon Adventures. If you haven’t noticed, I’m totally in love with this set!
Today’s card uses all three of the balloon images from the set, which I’ve stamped in Perfect Plum, Calypso Coral & Island Indigo onto Watercolour Paper. Then using an Aqua Painter, I’ve coloured over the top, with the same colours to add a little shading, which leaves a blended, painted look, a little softer than the simply stamped image.
I love this effect and the watercolour paper is an important part of this technique as it is able to hold more moisture and blend much better than regular card.
Again, all the the images are from the Balloon Adventures Stamp Set. I love the banners that come with this as well. If you would like to purchase any of the supplies used, simply click on them below, where you can shop 24/7. Of course you can also contact me any time as well.
