Time flies when you love Stampin’ Up!

The past month & a half has passed in a bit of a blur!  Lots happening, so haven’t had a chance to pop in here… So this might be a long one!

Early October we decided to have a stand at the Brisbane Quilt & Craft Fair, so within 2 weeks I found myself and a couple of our team members at the Brisbane Convention Centre for 6 days!

The fair was HUGE!

The Expo was a heap of fun and we got to meet so many wonderful people!

My daughter turned 14 in the middle of it, and my hubby and I took her and her friend to the One Direction concert – we planned to sit and wait for them to attend the concert – but on our way in, we were handed two free tickets – I’m sure the guy saw “sucker” printed across our foreheads, as we then spent the next few hours among THOUSANDS of screaming teenage girls (a security guard took pity on us and handed us some ear plugs! haha).

Within a week of the Expo was the second of my two annual Stampin’& Scrappin’ Retreats.  Again, a fun weekend of crafting, laughing and eating!  I was able to use MDS (My Digital Studio) for the table settings this time which saved a little time.  Our retreat was Christmas themed.

And so one of the Make & Takes for everyone was a double slider card using the Tape It & Santa’s List stamp sets in Raspberry Ripple & Bermuda Bay:

Just two weeks after retreat was our Christmas Extravaganza!  Ronnie and I planned a whole stack of projects for everyone who attended.  We had a Stamp A Stack in the morning – where everyone make 12 cards, and in the afternoon attendees completed a Gift Card Holder, Gift Box, Gift Bag, Tags, Flip Card, and a set of three cards, envelopes and co-ordinating gift box!  Everyone hard at work:

We also provided morning, afternoon tea and lunch…

And so although the past few weeks have been crazy busy, it’s also been heaps of fun, with lots of stamping  & sharing Stampin’ Up! with so many people!

I have a couple more Christmas Classes coming up.  You can see them HERE

Oh and in amongst all that I achieved the Stampin’ Up! Grand Vacation for 2014!

A Western Caribbean Cruise aboard the Royal Caribbean Allure of the Seas!  A very exciting holiday to look forward to for next year!  I’m so thrilled to be a part of Stampin’ Up! and have such a fantastic group of customers and fellow team members.

Well I must be off and start putting some order back into my stamp room so that I can make some Christmas cards for myself!
