Incentive Trip Swap – Envelope Card with Gift card holder.

Well it’s about time I showed you the swaps I made for our Incentive Trip Swap.  It’s an envelope card that I altered a little.  I made two inserts for it, one to write a message on, the other has two slots so you can put in a gift card!

This is the front, held closed with the belly band:

Here’s the inside of the card:

And here are all the pieces and inserts:

I got the original idea from a lovely demonstrator called Angie.  You can see hers and her instructions HERE.  But have changed the measurements a little for mine so that the tabs stick out at the top.  Here are my measurements:

Real Red cardstock cut – 21.4cm x 12.2cm, then scored at 4cm and 13.2cm.  Use scallop edge punch on the 4cm section.

The whisper white C6 envelope is cut in half and stuck to the inside of the real red card base.

The inserts are both 10.4cm x 7.8cm (coloured cardstock) and 10cm x 7.4cm for the whisper white to layer on top.

The belly band is 3cm wide.

The gift card holder section is made using the Stampin’ Up! slot punch.

Colours used are Real Red, Summer Sun & Tempting Turquoise as well as Pink Flamingo Designer Series Paper.

Hope you like it!
